What makes a great sports nutrition bar? Does it have to taste great? Does it have to taste real? Does it have to be easily digested and absorbed into the body? The answers to all these are, of course, yes. But there can be more. Mule bars started off their life in the home kitchens of founder members, Alex and Jimmy. They were guinea-pigged on family and friends, who said they tasted fantastic.

From here, Mulebar went from strength to strength, developing a range of flavours and varieties – many of which contain Fairtrade ingredients. Mulebar are also a 1% for the planet company, which means that 1% of their annual sales go to environmental groups.
