Swim
- Wetsuit (if open water swim)
- Race Suit
- Goggles (anti fog)
- Swim Hat
- Body Glide
- Towel
Bike
- Helmet
- Bike Shoes
- Drinks Bottles
- Multi-tool
- Spare Tyre/Tube
- Pump (track pump if possible)
- Bike Computer (optional heart rate monitor)
- Obviously don’t forget your bike!
Run
- Run-Race Shoes
- Number Belt
