On this page we aim to answer some of our most frequently asked questions to help you use the site and find the perfect products for you.
Yes. Please add your items to your basket as normal. At the checkout you can select your delivery country and the delivery costs will be shown automatically.
£4.95 is our standard delivery charge for a UK mainland delivery - regardless of how big the order is. Some cycling items are very heavy and will need specialist delivery. This will incur a delivery charge of up to £35 and this charge will be shown on either the item listing or in your shopping basket.
We will debit your account at the time of despatch.
Contact us immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse you will have to return the items to us at your cost and all shipping charges will not be refunded.
You will need to post the item back to us. Please note: If it is a mistake on the part of Nice2Tri the extra cost of postage will be refunded to you. If you are exchanging the product for a different size or you simply do not require the item then we cannot refund the extra postage costs incurred.
We will accept most credit and debit cards, either securely online or over the phone.

If you do not like or do not want the item you have ordered, no problem. Simply return the items to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us for a returns number which must be included on the returns form for the package to be accepted. The item and packaging must be in perfect condition for resale to qualify for a refund. No shipping costs will be refunded in this case and your refund will usually be made straight away, but no later than 14 days of safe return.
For UK mainland orders which have a total weight of over 2 kg, the courier used will be Interlink Express. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date.
Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
If the parcel weight is under 2kg we will use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for this. If no-one is in at the time of delivery a card will be left and you will be required to collect the parcel from your local post office described on the card left.
If a parcel is returned to us because of non delivery due to no-one being home and non collection from the depot we do get charged for the return. Therefore, an admin charge of £12 will be made to receive the parcel into our warehouse. In this instance you will also be required to pay the delivery charge of £4.95 again for us to re-despatch.
Yes. Our site is approved by Protx and any sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it.
Our carrier will leave a card to let you know they called. You can then contact them to rearrange delivery.
