Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and nice2tri.com will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please email Customer Services. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in our Refund & Returns policy.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information (including Product Descriptions) appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All prices displayed on this site are in GBP Sterling.

Full payment must be paid in advance of any item being shipped.

Price Matching

If you find an identical product at a lower price and in stock on another site we will match the price.

We need your help to always make sure NICE2TRI.COM has the best prices possible. The product we are price matching needs to be identical to the product we have in stock at NICE2TRI.COM. International Ordering

We offer online shopping services to members and customers around the world.

Place your order online at www.nice2tri.com and select your delivery country. The shipping will be calculated automatically and the relevant country taxes applied.

Delivery Information

Delivery Cost?

A Standard Delivery charge of £5.95 inclusive of VAT is added to all orders weighing under 25kg being delivered to the UK mainland.

The Free Delivery offer is for orders of over £50 in total and is for UK mainland deliveries only.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box or BFPO addresses. If a parcel is returned to us because a PO Box address has been entered the full return costs and redelivery will be charged, which is £12 for the return and £5.95 for the redelivery.

Overseas Customers

Shipping costs are worked out automatically depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel that is to be shipped. Please select your delivery country at the basket stage and the shipping costs will be applied accordingly.

VAT is charged at 17.5% for all sales to EU countries. UK VAT is removed for all sales to Non EU countries as you may be charged VAT at your local rate upon delivery, this will be shown when your country is selected within your shopping basket.

We reserve the right to amend shipping costs once an order is placed if they are deemed by us to be incorrect by error of our system.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch goods within 7 working days of receipt of your order, however in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be notified by email with an expected delivery date. We may part ship an order to you if a large order will be held up by a single item. You will be notified of this.

Nice2tri.com relies upon the services of a third party courier. In the unlikely event that the courier fails to fulfil the service required we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

Who is Our Courier?

For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland which have a total weight of over 2kg, the courier used will be Interlink Express. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. nobody at home) a card will be left by Interlink Express with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed.

You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers. If the total parcel weight is less than 2kg we will use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to deliver your goods. Again, someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for this. If nobody is in at the time of delivery a card will be left and you will be required to collect the parcel from your local post office described on the card left. If a parcel is returned to us because of non delivery, due to no-one home and non collection from the depot, we do get charged for the return. Therefore, the charge of £12 will be passed on to you. In this instance you will also be required to pay the delivery charge of £5.95 again for us to re-dispatch.

Tracking your Parcel

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have an Interlink Express or Royal Mail Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the Interlink Express or Royal Mail Website and entering your tracking number in the tracking box.

If you do not have a tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to email us and we will provide you with a tracking number if the parcel has been shipped.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give Parcelforce your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by Interlink Express or used by any other third party.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return something from your order for a refund or exchange, please make sure the product is unused and in re-sellable condition with all tags still attached.

Returns/exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase (the date on the order confirmation receipt).

Buying sporting equipment such as bikes, helmets, aero bars, wheels, swimwear, undergarments and nutritional products are final on sale.

When returning a parcel for any reason, please include a note that clearly states your name, order number and reason for return. Failure to include this will make it impossible for our Returns Department to deal with your order.

If you are returning an item for exchange, you will have to pay shipping for that item.

No shipping costs will be refunded.

Damaged / Defective Items

NICE2TRI.COM is committed to selling only first-quality, name-brand sports apparel and gear. We do not sell seconds. We offer only the best brand names and the highest quality goods. We check all items before they leave our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or a credit.

Refunds

If you need to be refunded, the refund will be made back to the card on which the initial payment was made. If an item has been purchased in a sale or promotion, you will only be refunded the price you have paid for the item.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as we may have already packaged your order. If your order has left our warehouse and is in transit you will be required to still take delivery of this parcel and to return it to us as described in the Unwanted Items section as we cannot reroute parcels that are in transit.

Unwanted Items

If you do not like or do not want the item you have ordered, no problem. Simply return the items to us within 7 days of delivery. Please print a returns form from the link at the top of this page and include this with the returned package. Please call us for a returns number which must be included on the returns form for the package to be accepted. The item and packaging must be in perfect condition for resale to qualify for a refund. No shipping costs will be refunded in this case and your refund will be made usually straight away, but no later than 14 days of safe return.

Items Damaged in Transit

All items are checked thoroughly for faults and damages before packing. All items must be inspected upon delivery as damages must be reported within 24 hours.

If your items are found to be damaged upon receipt please call immediately. Please email us a digital picture of the damage as this may avoid the item having to be collected or, if an insurance claim has to be made, all packaging must be retained for inspection also. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will send a replacement item.

Faulty Items

If your purchased items are found to be faulty please call us immediately on 01992 534806, as faulty items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. You will be required to return the item to us and we will send it off to the manufacturer for inspection. If the item is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer we will replace the item or refund the item in full along with all return postage costs incurred. Please retain the return postage receipt as proof of cost incurred and ensure the packaging and insurance is sufficient for the return journey.

Items Sent in Error

If the item(s) you have received are not what you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible on 01992 534806 and we will arrange to get them collected. If upon return these items have been mistreated, damaged, opened, used or inadequately packaged for the return used you may be charged for them so please be sure to package them sufficiently for the return. Upon safe receipt we will dispatch the correct items to you.

In all return cases, please make sure sufficient insurance and packaging is used on all returned items as all goods remain your responsibility until received safely back to us, regardless of the reason they are being returned. If returned goods are not sufficiently packaged and as a result are damaged on return these items will be charged for in full.

Nothing described in our Refunds and Returns will affect your statutory rights.

NICE2TRI.COM stores the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant e-mail and telephone number. This information is used for delivery purposes only. This includes users who register to become NICE2TRI.COM members or those users who enter any NICE2TRI.COM contests or other promotional features available on the Site. NICE2TRI.COM does not store a User's credit card information.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products or special offer discounts from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product or special offer from this Website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. We reserve the right to end special offers or discounts early for any reason.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
