During 2006 I had turned my focus to Ironman. I was training so hard, not racing much and had lots of injury problems with my knee. I really lost my motivation as I was working so hard and getting nowhere. I had had a career I was proud of and decided enough was enough and it was time to move on to coaching and consultancy.
